Remembering a simpler time.

Remembering a simpler time.

This is a layout using the Bella Blvd Sophicates collection also. The journalling is hidden behind the pic (thanks Cathy Caines for the wonderful idea). We were camping at the local campgrounds and the owner decided to have a Canada Day dance. The age was 9 and up. My daughter was only 8 and because all her friends were older, they could go but she couldn’t. She was devastated. All she talked about that day is how she couldn’t understand why the age was 8. When the owner found out she changed the age to 8 so Briana could go. To say it was a dream come true was an understatement and she ran up to the store to tell Daisy what an awesome person she was because now she could attend the dance. A very small memory but one I will never forget!

Cheers and have a great scrappy day!
